1. What is The Social Rewards App?

The Social Rewards App is a digitized loyalty and membership platform for members to order delivery, earn points, get special discounts and enjoy members-only privileges. We want to you to enjoy the fruits of your loyal patronage in the palm of your hand.

2. Why become a Member?

The Social Rewards App is designed to reward YOU with the benefits you deserve. As a member, you will:

  • Earn Rewards Points from dine-in, delivery and takeaway in-app orders!
  • Enjoy even more perks as you climb up the points ladder, such as Rewards Points multiplication!
  • Never miss the latest updates, promos and happenings
  • Get invited to exclusive, members-only events with priority booking to Tastings and Special Events
  • Redeem F&B items or experience by converting points into Social Credits or Product Reward
  • Buy and store Social Credits virtually in your e-wallet to pay your bill
  • Enjoy Members-only deals when you celebrate your birthday with us!

3. How do I become a Member?

  • For new members, start by downloading the app on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). After successful installation, enter your personal details as prompted. Congratulations and welcome to our World of Benefits! Now membership card is not required!
  • As a welcome gift, you get RM50 worth of vouchers for FREE!*
  • Upon successful registration, you will start at Quartz tier. Start collecting points to level up to Gold.

T&C: RM10 x 5 vouchers will be awarded. Minimum spend is required.

4. How do I earn points?

Every RM1 spent = 1 point earned

Conversion rate: 20 points earned = RM1 to redeem

Please note that Social Rewards Points earned have a 12-months expiry period from the day of obtaining the points. An automated message will alert you 1 month prior and a 2nd alert 14 days before point expiry.

You can extend the validity of your expiring points by converting them to Social Credits via the top-up. After converting, the Credits will be valid for another 12 months.

NOTE: Membership point multiplications do not apply to happy hour, set lunch, and promotional items.

6. Points Maintenance and Tier Upgrade

To maintain at your Tier or details on how to upgrade to the next Tier, refer to the below:

QUARTZ:

  • Spend RM500* collectively to upgrade instantly to Gold (*not inclusive of tax and service charge)

GOLD:

  • Spend RM8,000* collectively to upgrade instantly to Platinum (*not inclusive of tax and service charge) and remain Platinum in the next quarter.

PLATINUM:

  • Spend RM8,000* collectively in the quarter (*not inclusive of tax and service charge) and remain Platinum in the next quarter.
  • When the required spend is not met, a downgrade occurs from Platinum to Gold in the next quarter.

As a member, you will receive alerts with reminder via the app. Please enable notification to not miss out on maintaining your Tier.

7. Birthday Benefits

Celebrate your birthday with us and get rewarded! Here’s how:

  • Round up your best mates

Terms & Conditions:

  • A minimum spending of RM500 (before service charge and taxes) applies
  • Applicable to Gold and Platinum tier members only
  • This promotion can only be claimed once per dine-in bill
  • Multiple claims/Split Bills are not applicable for this promotion

8. The Social Credit Wallet

The Social Credit Wallet is a cashless payment system that allows you to purchase and store credit (RM) virtually within the App. This stored credit may be used to pay for our products and/or services without the need or use of cash at hand.

Top-up process: i. Top-up directly in The Social Rewards app by going to the Wallet tab (bottom menu) ii. Select “Credits” on the top right and click Top Up button iii. You can choose to convert your points to credits here or select an amount to top up via credit card or online banking

Paying with your Credit balance (Dine-in):

  • Buy something in our outlet > bill produced > you opt to make payment with your Social Credits > present your Member Card to our staff > staff swipes card > staff settles your bill at the till > your receipt is produced and handed to you > your Social Credit balance will be deducted and updated into the app accordingly

Please note that Social Points will be awarded upon Social Credit top up (not including Social Credits redeemed with Social Points). No further Points will be awarded during payment via Social Credits. Please note that Social Credits are not applicable on cigarette and tobacco items.

Validity period of Gift Card & The Social Credits:

  • Your Gift Card will be valid for topping up 12 calendar months following your purchase. E.g. You buy a Gift Card on 1st Jan ‘17, you have until 31st December ‘17 to perform a top-up.
  • Your Credits will be valid for redemption 12 calendar months following your top-up. E.g. You top up on 15th Jan ‘17, your Credits will expire on 31st December ‘17.

Do I get points collection from buying a Gift Card? No, we do not issue points from the purchase of a Gift Card in itself. As the Gift Card is treated as containing cash value, when it is used on a food and beverage bill later on, you will thereafter get to collect points based on the subtotal amount of your bill.

9. How do I collect and get more Points?

The step-by-step of points collection:

  • Buy something in our outlet > bill produced > show Member Card > staff swipes card > pay with preferred method (Cash/Credit Card/e-Vouchers/Social Credits) > receive your receipt with tier-relevant points rebate applied > et voilà! Receive points into your account
  • Your The Social Rewards App / physical Member Card must be presented upon payment to collect points
  • Your collected points are based on the subtotal amount (RM) of your bill

Collecting and climbing up the points ladder can be addictive. How can this be done? i. By inviting a friend (Feature coming soon)

  • Receive RM10 Social credits for every friend referred.
  • To receive reward, invited friend has to download the app and successfully collect points by purchasing a product

ii. Seasonal Daily Rewards

  • Check the app every day of the promo to collect rewards
  • Be on the lookout for promos at various times within the year
  • Enjoy bonus points collection for a limited time only

10. How do I Redeem Rewards?

With points earned, you may convert them into spending credits and redeem exciting Product Rewards vouchers from all outlets within The Social Group of Restaurants.

  • Depending on which tier level you are at (Quartz/Gold/Platinum), you will enjoy membership rewards accrued to each level.
  • Always remember to present your membership in your app during dine-in orders to redeem your vouchers
  • Points cannot be collected retrospectively, i.e. no points will be applied to backdated receipts.

11. I forgot to collect my points while paying the bill, how can I collect my points?

Whoops! While it is our policy that you should always present your membership to our team during payment, we understand sometimes there may be a slip-up. Please email us at [email protected] your account details and a photo of your receipt within 3 working days of your purchase. Allow 3 working days for our tech team to process your request.
