Bug fixed - Kindly update The Social Rewards App We are very grateful to receive all your helpful feedback and kind comments as they have helped us greatly to improve this app. It is our hope that our app can serve you well and help us in this tough time. We are very glad to have gone digital when we had and happy to hear from you how we can enhance this app.
Our tech team had been hard at work refining the app and a new update has been launched. Please update The Social Rewards app in Apple App Store or Google Play Store to start.
2. Use of Credits are now allowed for in-app transactions Your credits can now be used for in-app purchases (delivery and takeaway). Members can also collect points for in-app purchases. Just remember to convert your points into credits before ordering. Here’s the steps: Go to the Wallet tab (bottom menu) and select Credits on the top right of the page > Top up your credits by selecting to redeem with rewards points > Choose how much you would like to convert.
Thus, please take note that we will not be extending vouchers, credits and points expiring 1st September 2021. Please use your expiring vouchers that does not require dine-in, points and credits accordingly.
Please note that the use of credits is not available on third party platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc).
